I came across a wild tdf in the Vancouver Ferrari showroom last year. Painted in a sensational metallic blue. Don't know the colour. A real standout car. Who wouldn't love a tdf.

Absolutely stunning car, very unique and gorgeous specification. Not sure if you’re aware but The Supercar Rooms appears to have this car advertised too. ? Surely not 2 UK cars in the same spec

One thing I still can't get through my mind - Why do people that can afford these cars keep them as garage queens? Why limit the mileage? If you're a multi-millionaire, why not put the miles on them and move on to the next one? Depreciation should not be an issue with people that make 10's or 100's of millions. Just curious as I asked someone I know who is worth about 100M or so, and he told me he drives his cars and could care less about mileage. This is not the case for 99% of owners.

excellent video.. Thank you.. i live in the USA and was told that importing a car from the UK would affect its value here and make it harder to re-sell in the future. Do you have any experience in that dept? Thank you

50 for Uk Based Customers that some simply didn't appreciate it . If you are viewed as an Elite Ferrari Customer that can't even keep such a car for the whole hog . Then maybe Ferrari should seriously re-Evaluate on who should get first pick . Cars IMHO are meant to be driven not to be deemed a fashion accessorie nevermind an ornament in a Garage or simply to pose with for selfies for their social media pages . Ps Any chance of doing a Video on the Dodge Viper GTS please .

you'll more then likely find its "appointments only" to look around the show room, especially now with covid still looming around. Many luxury dealers used & new use this to reduce risks either-way (staff/public)

A fantastic car. Somewhat concerning that, on what seems like a cold fresh start, due to the amount of moisture being blown out, it’s revved so high!! Not too thoughtful on such a thoroughbred engine, surely?

oddly to say but I'm pretty sure this is now the most expensive highest miler TDF on the open market & the prices are dropping pretty quickly could we say "the bubble has popped" surrounding this model car....... its a nice colour mind you
@colintraveller3 жыл бұрын
Prove it . that the Bubble has burst ??????????? What is you're fact based evidence ?
@malp62803 жыл бұрын
@@colintraveller its quite simple! as originally sold the prices shot up "quote prices around 1 million" then sales prices last year 2019 the prices averages 750K at best... early this year prices we're low 600K, the odd 1, 2 620-30K etc & they we're just over 1k miles (the hartley jnr dealership) had a much lower mileage car then that & that was just over 600K & that was heavily customised by Ferrari. that also was listed for some months (again look back to 2018 & early/mid 2019 a tdf comes up for sale its gone in days/wks... now its not like that they hang around. Ok we've got civid, yet car still get reserves & get sold... tdf's seem to hang around. I've seen afew on autotrader sell & they we're just below £600k again these had around 2-2.5k miles look on autotrader now & even in the F12 section as some are listed in their (1 was stupidly highly priced) the tom hartley car was a silver with full red leather, you cant see prices now, anyway that wasn't listed as high as this.. currently romans have a custom tfd with just over 1k miles & thats £4k cheaper with much less miles! anyway these have been openly selling for high £500k to early 600k with low miles. this car isnt low miles for a rare Ferrari ita high mileage option & again thats also why other owners with cars similar miles have got out the cars as they already know they've lost alot of money 2 utube channels aka JWW & the car guys, 1 has already got his car listed, it was the highest prices high miler tdf until this came-up.. I could be wrong but thecarguys, well a yellow tdf "looking idential to his one" was at a dealer listed a wk or so ago (maybe someone else but still) Romans custom tdf 1708 miles £645K listed about a month or so joe macari 130 miles £750K listed for afew months now easily 3-4 Hartley 5000 miles £650K listed now, what a month? the hartley jnr one has 873 miles & that was sold cheaper then all the above with a Ferrari custom spec so in short, just by observing these you can see prices falling, some dealers are trying to push prices up, but you can clearly see prices even on low mileage cars are not 650K & above... but its what you take from your own observations that'll highly the drop in prices, you'll also notice cars apparently sold after being listed for sometime being relisted months later (usually a deal does this to remove stale stock they dont want to have hanging around & damaging the value as such) a simple example would be the aston martin Zagato Romans have 2 green cars & a blue now (the green cars we're listed for months, easily 4 last year.. they did say sold however you can also see its not got a new owner listing) other Zagato's are also popping back-up (looks to me the bubble has popped with these, then again with the issues Aston have at the mo. I'm sure thats scaring alot of these rare coachwork car's.. it should as they are ultimately a Aston Martin, whos respected models have dropped incredibly in value (as per usual for Aston)
@malp62803 жыл бұрын
I forgot to mention its also occurred with the 599 GTO & those prices are incredibly low for what they are & the Pista models seem to be drowning the market place "not good for a new car" the F8, brand new cars several are listed & they are also hanging around, before & after the lockdown easing. Other cars are flying from sales.....

@@malp6280 I didn't put that much effort in to my dissertation 👏
@malp62803 жыл бұрын
@@ryan5983 no effort made!!! I'm now concerned in regard of your dissertation anyway joking aside! how do you feel in regards to tfd prices.. do you agree they've fallen?? have you also witnessed dealers trying to up the resale prices? even holding cars of the market trying to keep prices artificially high.. also how do you feel "knowing maybe!" some dealers are giving false speculative sales of vehicles to try to drum-up genuine sale 'especially now covid-19 period' rather then being genuine & offer cars at a reasonable/genuine price to maintain a sale!?!
