I've played through the easy version of this yesterday, and it was overall very similar to the hard one. It was still very toxic, but the jumps were a little less tight. It had more opportunities for saving yourself due to longer vines. At the end of the second section, it doesn't even make the entire floor fall down, but actually leaves a few blocks so that you have infinite tries for getting into the pipe. Also there's no true ending in the easy version, it just tells you to go play the hard version. Despite all this, the easy version managed to still be toxic enough that a couple of times throughout the level, I actually thought I had downloaded the hard version on accident. 😏 Carl definitely did great on this.
