Meet Carl Joshua Ncube, the “biggest Zimbabwean stand-up comedian in the world.” He slings a set of pointed jokes about life under the 94-year-old perpetual president (as he says: “Robert Mugabe has been president for 37 years. I’m 38.”), calling out the country's dysfunction and bemoaning his ever present "president envy."
