generally agree with previous comments AND you didn't even get them to demonstrate their products. who cares how cold it is - we want to make informed decisions about the products and with nearly 13 min videos like this i didn't learn anything really. lift your game.

Dear Video Producer, I am sure you know your business... Having said that, (ahem), please be a gentleman/professional, and introduce both of the Kanardia Representatives, at the beginning. As a viewer, I was uncomfortable as I heard no names mentioned, at the beginning, of the interview. But, it just got worse! I am now, at 7:32, and I am giving up! It was awkward - I spell that A-W-K-W-A-R-D, watching this poor woman squirm, as she went, unacknowledged, and unnamed for over seven minutes (7:12, Now she speaks, but we still don't know her name)! Imagine my shock, when I, finally, discovered, that (anonymous) DOES, in fact, speak English! C'mon guys, it's not a family picnic video. Would you enter someone's place of business, this way? How about their home? I guess I'll have to learn about Kanardia avionics, back at the company website. P.S. The Kanardia website needs a few video clips...but use a different Interviewer.
