OH MY GOODNESS! Young man playing organ reminds me of dear friend we lost couple yrs bk. He was a submariner w/my husband. His wife left, took the children, and all the $$$. Ran to another man, had a baby barely 9 mths later. Utterly destroyed him. He basically drank himself to death, within 7 yrs. Booze obliterated his liver. No one knew he was still, until the morning his mom found him, dead. I miss his drunk jokes, and funny laugh. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Respected women as though they were his grammy, mom, sister. Kept me sane a few times, when husband was stationed outta state. Miss razzing him about wearing wading boots and shorts! 🤣 Would come over, sit in garage/driveway, and cry about his children not being around. Loved them w/his whole heart! He never got over fact wife broke her wedding vows they made to GOD! The fact she was w/another man, who raised his children, and he didn’t really get to see them grow up, I believe is what shattered his heart and soul! I pray he’s resting in peace now. No more heartache. 😔
