She really hit the nail on the head at 4:00. Carla goes into depth about how fashion/ photography genuinely was. There was no photoshopping, it was only the good hair, makeup, and perfect lighting that matter. There was no going back and editing for perfection. Models looked effortlessly gorgeous and realistic and that’s what makes true art. Especially during the Renaissance.

The contradiction of her real-life image of sophistication and the image of her music is astounding to me. It almost feels like 2 different people but with the same type of attitude. Just an overall amazing woman.
