Sorry for your loss Carl , I had wondered how he was after the stroke last year ( 2019) . Here in Ireland we usually bury our dead 3 days after they die which makes it hard for people to get back , but at the moment we are only allowed 10 people at a funeral so it's not that much of a problem for people.

His stroke was five years ago. 30 people allowed at the funeral in the UK.

Sorry for the mistake, I am glad that the funeral was big enough to allow most of the close family attend, it is very hard to pick who can or can't go to the funeral over here. We had to choose who could be at a funeral last week it was unbelievably hard in the end we didn't go ourselves we just attended at the grave yard ( I have five brothers and sisters and my mum has six siblings still alive ) so my brother and I didn't get to go to our mothers funeral, this bloody virus has a lot to answer for!

By the way I don't know these two from Adam but I have been following their dreams for a few years and hope to do something similar when I retire the only problem I have is like many of us of our generation we are minding a number of elderly relatives at the moment and it will be very difficult to up and go if they are still alive.

Very sad to read of your father passing away. Was it a sudden shock. Does Brexit effect you as a live aboard?

He had a massive life changing stroke 5 yrs ago. Over that time he has deteriorated. It's always a shock, but he had been really ill for a few months.. Brexit does effect us yes. We'll cover it in a future video.
