Great job! As another had pointed out the resistor is for current limiting. Such current limiting methods are commonly implemented to protect LCDs. Accordingly, your choice to keep the resistor seems to be a best practice.

I had to do it a couple of times with Carl holding my feet, but then I got the hang of it. It's very good for your core, you can tell when you've done it because the boat is continually moving. That's what makes it good for your inner strength :) Jx

Get a wooden plug in asap! I had the same thing on Ad Lib ll. Lucky I was in the marina but it was 0730 Sunday morning! An emergency call to Roussos did for me!

@@steveswain1344 We did, we replaced the thruhole and seacock with new ones a few hours later, while still in the water! We were in an anchorage in Paros!

Just had a passage like that from Kos. Second time we left a s the first time we turned back when 15 Kts turned into 30Kts and 0.6 mtrs into 3+ It's been like sailing in the UK again! Glad your all ok Sail Safe Guys, Ant & Cid

Thank you. Yes they made it and we've had a good few evenings sharing stories over beers, as well as an invite over to their boat yesterday for a good look around, Jenny wants one now! Yes the sea never looks bad on video, albeit we couldn't film the really rough stuff, we'd all on holding on!

I love seeing jenny sailing swimming and on the boat in her bikini please could remove the pixels so that we can see her lovely sexy body completely naked I enjoyed watching her remove her bikini it was nice to see her sexy bare bottom but it was a shame not to see her naked because the shot changed too soon

Did the battery replacement a couple of years ago, still working fine. Thanks for the video. One thing I did encounter recently was that the screen stopped displaying anything. Popped the case open and located the spot where the screen was attached to the circuit board, lifted up the little black plastic locking bar and removed the connector. Wiped it with some denatured alcohol using a small brush - now appears to work fine!

Ummmmm lmfaooo absolute not!!! He was Albanian in the ottoman navy, just like most of the captains in the Ottoman Navy, they were Albanian. Barbarossas dad was Yakup Ago, a Albanian, while his mother was Greek. His own brother was Ilyas which is common Illyrian/Albanian name used today, and since his dad was Albanian that’s what passes on. Other Great Albanian Captains of the Ottoman Navy would be Nasuhzade Ali Pasha, Omer Vroni, Mohammed Ali Pasha (future king of Egypt), Mustafa Pasha Bushatli, Mahmud Dramali Pasha, Zagan Pasha, Ali Pasha of Ionnia, and many more!

I just googled the battery type (it's printed on the side of the battery) found a battery supplier here in Greece that stocked them and placed an order. Different suppliers will offer equivalent batteries, maybe a different make, you just need to make sure the specs are the same.

Yes, i've read a bit about Aegean Pirates, i'll put together a short. The last known Aegean pirate was a Greek named Georgios Mitsios, who was arrested in 1873.
