it wasn’t shown in the anime, but eren used the warhammer titan’s hardening ability to essentially dig a hole through the ground and seal it back up, which explains the titan markings as he met with floch

Yeah, they should have show him use the hammer more. Just mainly Shredded and Founding in later part. Tho, I still think it would be great if Gabi had the Warhammer Titan instead. I mean, we saw the hammer conjure up a cross bow. Gabi and her dead eye accuracy, with ability to conjure giant action bolt whenever she wanted, sniping people around with Big Bertha's caliber of projectiles. That would have been nasty.

Some clarifications on misconceptions you guys had (no spoilers and from anime watcher, dw): - As mentioned in this episode, the explosion was a bomb that was setup and detonated under Zachary's torture chair. Floch mentioned that in addition to the Yeagerist, he had supporters inside the military and they were responsible for doing this. - The Yeagerists are technically following/supporting Eren similar to how they followed Erwin (regardless of whether Zeke is in charge or not). As mentioned in the prior episodes, Floch realized that you need a devil to win and to him, Eren is now that devil. All the news about Eren being leaked and spread to the public is also building more supporters for him (both inside and outside the military).

Eren has the titan marks because he used the warhammer powers to escape the underground prison, he dug a hole and sealed it. It was shown in the manga but edited out in the anime for some reason 🙄 time constraint maybe

It likely was cut for time reasons. We've already heard Eren describe how he would escape to Hange, so it's not surprising that he does. We've also seen the warhammer titan in action, so it's not a huge let down to skip over it digging a hole. From a narrative perspective it makes Eren look more calculating and badass to just show up and it makes his use of the warhammer titan in the next fight more hype

The way I see it. Eren talked to Reiner, for Reiner. He knew that Reiner's guilt was eating him. Eren tells Reiner that he understands why he did what he did. Eren shakes his hand telling Reiner that they both most move forward.

Don’t forget to watch the intro and outro to the second half of the season!! I recommend watching them on KZbin to see the lyrics as well! (Could even do a separate react video to those 2!). PS. 4:05 UI tip: if you significantly increase the distance between characters like this, it actually makes the font less readable because the eyes start to parse each letter as its own word, especially for people who are reading it on a large screen or monitor. Just wanna remind you that the Duck Titan's ability is Endurance. Pieck can either hold her form for 4 months without turning back or keep changing into a titan for arguably almost a hundred times consecutively (which is why Marley can put armor and ammunition on it since she's basically a war machine that lasts for months). A lot of people view her titan as weak since the design or the introduction to it isn't as grand as the others, but the duck titan can hold its own. Her weakness is that since her titan body is incredibly enduring, her human body isn't as enduring as other titan shifters (thus she heals quite slower than the others). But it isn't quite far off though to say she can't stand a chance against Eren, I mean all the other titan shifters at this point have a slim chance against him. Just wanted to point out the Duck Titan's strengths out since it gets overshadowed a lot.
