I love this fragrance - it transports me. I’ve been trying other fragrances but I keep coming back to this one as THE signature scent. Nice to hear you see it as unisex. My daughter calls me - Sassy, Classy and Badassy.

Layton been my signature scent for ab 2 years. Been thinking about blind buying Carlisle cuz I found it for a damn good price,I’m afraid I won’t love it like Layton. Someone, tell me to buy it😂

Melissa! I need some advice. I have a high body temp. My skin heats up when I have fragrance on and it just evaporates the oil like crazy. Light fragrances just get eaten up so I have to overspray in the spring and heavy fragrances tend to just explode off my body. Project like crazy, 2-3 extra feet with maybe half the expected longevity. You have any advice to control my fragrance performance more? I would like more longevity for fresh Sents and a leash on my winter scents. I sometimes have to wash the fragrance down because it will explode of my body when it warms up. I've been wearing fragrances for years so I know how to adapt at this point, just wondering if there are some tips or tricks I haven't heard that might help.

Parfums de Marly has REFORMULATED Carlisle. I own an older formulation which has an alcohol concentration of 77%. The new formulation I see in stores has 81% alcohol. My formulation is a dark ORANGE / AMBER color. The new formulation is a very light, faint copper color. The new formulation does not last as long and it smells different. Parfums de Marly fragrances are ALWAYS getting reformulated and become much weaker than their ORIGINAL releases. Parfums de Marly HAS NOT been transparent when it comes to the reformulation of their fragrances. Herod, Layton & Oajan have also been reformulated and have 3%-4% more alcohol in newer batches.

It smells like a old woman to me I feel like this is more of a Winter/Fall fragrance more than anything a all black outfit or maybe a brown/black/gold this definitely fits dark colored outfits way more I feel like this will be a neck breaker in the colder seasons for me I tried it in the spring 🤦🏽‍♂️
