Hi, I'm Carlo, thank you, I can tell you that we are three quite different personalities and characters, and obviously each of us approaches in different ways, simplifying: Skye is the one who is most naturally completely relaxed in front of the camera, then Nicki who is more technical , and I'm the shyest, least relaxed one, but maybe I'm more capable of improvising when I can relax.

I love every aspect of everyone and every adventure from the children swimming. Elizabeth is a jewel she and her friend cooking with the two cats near by.. Carlo speaking Italian the language is so beautiful to hear. ( I try to pick up a word or two- do this more often) Luca and Carlo cooking. Nicki, perhaps Sky might share with the viewers things that they all enjoyed in Malta. The walk with your Dad pleased me no end. Such a gift for you to treasure. It went along far too quickly. I found the contrast in landscape breathe taking. The lush green and the deep contrast of trees. Your father is remarkable and to take us to the old split off tree. How charming to find a tablet of PROSE attached to that tree. I stopped the video on my phone, drew a thumb nail and wrote out the verse. Nicki the creativity of you Carlo, family and friends is a lot of work, but very appreciated. Personally, the video's brings great joy, as well as tremendous aesthetic appeal. 👏👏👏🥰

Carlo is both amusing and amazing - "Floppy" onions, male & female onions - Hahaha! Have never seen anyone handle two pans of pasta sauce at the same time - is he ambidextrous?? And so precise and efficient it was, how he divided the pasta into one-third without measuring it. It must be all that building and crafting he does, which helps with the estimation. Kudos!!

Ciao, Since I discovered your videos, I binge watch them...nothing is getting done in my home near Pittsburgh. I lived near San Vito dei Normanni (Carovigno) in the late 80's It is close to Brindisi.
