Alright, people! Feast your eyes on this 800 Horsepower C7 Z06 Corvette daily driven beast. This car belongs to our client Carlo brought this build to us with a simple request. To kick a whole lotta ass out there every single day while driving to and from work. YOU GOT IT 👊

This C7 Z06 Corvette has the FLHP Heads + Cam Package which includes:
• Johnson Lifters
• Custom Camshaft
• Manton Chromoly Pushrods
• Rocker Arm Trunion Upgrade
• LME Ported LT4 Cylinder Head
• Upgraded Exhaust Valve Springs
• Late Model Engines Front Billet Cover (Fixed Cam Sprocket)
This builds pushes even more power out of the Jokerz Performance
Ported Supercharger with:
• Halltech Intake
• DSX Flex Fuel setup
• 30% larger injectors
• Katech 103mm Throttle Body
• Griptech 2.35 Stainless Upper Pulley
• Offroad X Pipe + Factory Axle Back Exhaust
• Cordes Performance Heat Exchanger + Reservoir
• Lower Overdriven Crank Harmonic Balancer + Ring Setup
After we put this thing on the dyno it managed an epic 790 Horsepower and 804 Ft-Lbs of Torque on E50.
We worked on the TCM in this Z06 as well to firm up the shifts and make them more lively. We did that with the help of HP Tuners and our friend Matt at @mstuningtx.
There are also a ton of carbon fiber accents from Ivan Tampi Customs out of California and we love them. Carlo even installed some of these parts himself. You'll also see the awesome antifreeze green color theme throughout the car.
This C7 is also wearing a set of custom Brixton Forged 19" wheels on Michelin Pilot Sports. It's also lowered on LG Motorsports drop spindles so the suspension still maintains its factory stance.
Let's not forget to mention the blast-coated carbon ceramic brakes that help this thing stop on a dime. This is a daily driven sports car through and through, which is what you can expect from Florida High Performance.
Overall this C7 Z06 was one for the books, and it puts a smile on Carlo's face every single day. We'd accept nothing less.

I have a 15 z06 stock and I can’t even imagine it being any faster. You can’t even press the gas to the floor for more than a couple seconds without going to jail. Doesn’t need anymore power lol

Another Awesome video! I have questions how important is a harmonic balancer like the ATI and would a 15% overdrive help make more power? Also how much power do you see that car making before the DSX tapping out?

Hey thank you. Installing an “overdrive” pulley on your harmonic balancer is an easy way to add boost. Like installing a smaller pulley on the supercharger, installing a larger diameter pulley on the crank pulley does the same thing- it overdrives the supercharger (and other accessories) and makes more boost. 15% is good for 2-3 PSI (avg). The DSX low side will support 1000 HP on 93. It’ll also support quite a bit on E85, but we usually max out the DI system once we get above 800 or so…just the way it is. Port injection and meth are both GREAT ways to stretch the fueling even farther once low side and high side upgrades have reached their limit. Carlo does NOT want to run meth. We will be installing a 427 cubic inch motor soon- and port injection, as well as a dedicated fuel system from Fore Innovations. 1000 rwhp should be easy….

@@sergioduran3545 I usually go with Innovators West part #771. 18% OD SFI approved balancer for the LT4 Z06. It adds about 4 PSI, give or take...depending on other mods. 15% would be 2-3, again depending on other modifications...

Yes- car is flex fuel enabled. We were only able to run 50% ethanol. Any more and the fuel system would have reached it maximum potential on this set up.

So a "overdrive" pulley and a "lower" pulley are the same thing?

Yes. When I refer to the "lower" pulley, I am referencing the crank balancer and pulley which directly drive the supercharger. By "over-driving this pulley, or going with a larger than stock diameter, it spins the supercharger faster, increasing boost. Upper pulley refers to the pulley directly bolted to the snout of the blower itself. In that case, you reduce the diameter of the pulley which does the same thing. I like installing larger lower pulleys as opposed to smaller uppers, as it retains excellent belt wrap on the upper...just a preference thing. On something like this build we do both...and make sure that the upper is a griptec style pulley. Thank you for your question, if you need anything else let me know. - Erik

why use close to 7k in fueling mods and only be able to run e50? toohighpsi port injection WITH computer runs less than half that and allows for full e85 no mixing needed. and fyi e50 isnt a simple 50/50 mix your forgetting about the fuel already mixed in the tank. unless your testing every load of ethanol you could be mixing any # of ethanol blend

Glad you brought this up. At the time, THPSI stuff was not an option for us. We recently became an authorized retailer and installer for their stuff, and have a few projects in the shop now all getting their port plates. In fact, our ZL1 (Bad Punk'n) will be getting their port injection when we install the new larger engine and Maggie 2650. Carlo is also getting their port injection system when his LTR 427 arrives from LME. Yes, running E85 is a lot of money on these cars. You're forgetting a Fore Innovations fuel system which we recommend with any port system and full E. You need a low side system to supply the volume needed for PI and DI...otherwise one suffers. When you consider the cost of the port system, fuel system, and ecu- the cost ads up. It isn't cheap, but it works and we DON"T need the $3000 HPFP, or $3000 Injectors. Guess it comes down to customer and what they want. I have mixed E85 and 93 for 10 years plus...and always land between 48-52% content...it works for us.

@@floridahighperformance just my opinion but with port injection a fore system is way overkill. a simple dsx in line will supply more than enough low side run full e based on what injectors you choose. a 1050 id ion sectors loves e85 and no need to drop 3k on a full in tank setup unless your pushing 1000 rwhp or more. 800 wheel eats 1050 and port rails all day long just like a stock setup. many times customers have to lead for their own safety!

@@floridahighperformance nope. been wrenching my own builds for close to 50 yrs. started with hot rods then bikes then euro cars did a 1000 rwhp tt porsche then 717 rwhp c6 zr1 and recently bought a 17 z06. ill do 750ish on this car perfect for the street and should run 9's at the track
