I had DSX lid 60mm upper 9.4 lower with a Kong Export porting on a stage 1 build, 416 stroker, Cam Rotofab big gulp and the rest and I’m telling you with that loud exhaust I still heard a good whine. Later I added methanol e85 Maggie 2650, 80mm upper same lower and I don’t hear a damn thing, but the power and efficiency that 2650 gives is second to none. Bottom line that stock 1.7 blower whether it’s ported or not will fall flat on its face after one good pull, don’t waste your money like I did buying lids and porting that little 1.7 and get a 2650, both Kong Performance and Jokers portem and if you wanna waste your money they make lids for those too.
