Loved your story. I’m 1/2 Italian. My Aunt met and married an Italian man. His brother met me and my Mother was trying to arrange for him to meet my sister who was older than me. He came to our house with flowers chocolates and wine and wanted the arrangement with me. He was 6 years older than me and I just graduated high school. He tried so many times but my father wouldn’t allow it. We never connected, for years he asked about me. He and his brother became millionaires and they both died in their early 40s with cancer. Thank you for sharing one of the most special moments of your life. As a mother of 2 daughters (26/24), I hope and pray that they find the kind of love that the two of you share. I literally cried through the entire video. As a parent, we only want what is the best for our children! One of my daughters is going through a heart breaking time right now.
