@ yeah because everything now in football is 12 months. 2022, not one of us would’ve signed Endo, Zubimendi, Baleba, or even Gravenberch over Bajcetic. He was the inevitable wonderkid. He gets injured for 12 months, suddenly he needs a loan & Zubimendi is worth 60m. Zubimendi goes back to being average & suddenly there’s a player called Baleba who’s worth £80m. Personally, I think Bajcetic is the best next gen midfielder wonderkid around & would’ve showed it again in bit part minutes had he not been out on loan. We really should give him the chance (for free) to prove us right.
