In late 70s took my roommate 2 witness this legend, my dad had a real thing for great guitarist, no matter what musicalgenre, I liked Montoya on TV & record..but nothing is as good as real thang! We went backstage, after shaking his sweaty magical hands ..we bowed down before carlos& his wife, they were delightful!!! Next week we went to see st George thourough good and destroyers, or bonnie raitt..memories of Glassboro state, which I chose 4 college after seeing billy joel there with dearest friend in 76.. college sucked minus a few grrreat art professors, kings e.o.f. program and the brillant musicans who played there!!!! 77 to 81..n 20 mins from spectrum, jfk, ty god in everyway i can say..carlos was guitar wiz to me, like Roy Clark, lightening fingers
