Drinking water with your meal is the worst thing you can do/ It will only slow down the digestion as you are diluting stomach acids.

Yes. Definitely good advice. Stay hydrated the day round but I don’t drink during meals.

@ yes but at the same time you dont have to eat like that. If your schedule doesn’t allow you this kind of system try eating 4 meals instead of 5-6. I do 4 meals as I do enjoy bigger portions.
