Man I really needed that wow today. I've felt so off lately, just heavy. I've been having anxiety and felt down. It's because I haven't being releasing everything to God when I've been praying. My small group hasn't met in a few weeks and it really affects me. I don't think people realize that you have to let go of things and let God take them. Love you guys!

Your Vlogs have been a great inspiration for me in a time where my Country has been through a really big earthquake and now over 1000 aftershocks. Carlos, I feel the exact same way. I tend to carry others energy with me as well. It is a blessing and a curse bc it can be so draining, but it enables us to help those around us feel better and it's always nice to feel like someone is looking out for you and your wellbeing. It really makes me aware of my own energy and positivity.

The WOW was WOW today Guys!! Sometimes it is so hard to release the negative stuff. It is easier sometimes when it comes to You and affects you only you, but once it starts affecting your family, your kids, wether they're talking bad about them, or gossiping about them, boy oh boy its hard not to feel angry and frastruated, especially when you know you have to be the better person, and pray for them. Loved the Repent and Release. You guys confirned what the Lord has been putting in my heart. The battle isn't mine, but the Lord's. Today's vlog is amazing!! I just lost my dream job because they eliminated my position and I've been so depressed and angry and the WOW today helped me. I don't believe in god but it helped me see I was holding on to it instead of letting it go. I love you both and I can't wait for ocean to arrive because you both will make AMAZING parents!

I really need a lot of prayers for a colleague/friend of mine who got admitted to the hospital with pregnany poisoning. She was only at 27 weeks but they had to get the baby out. Both her and the baby are currently in the I.C. My friend is stable, but the faith of the baby is still uncertain. :( Praying so hard for both of them to be alright and become healthy again.

Praying for your friend and little one! I had toxemia poisoning with both of my pregnancies and had to deliver my oldest child at 28 weeks and my youngest at 30 weeks. They are a healthy 4 and 7 year old now. In saying all of this, God is GREAT and He can perform miracles. Keep strong in your faith and always rely on Him!

Olivia Lichtle it's a complication that can happen in the second half of the pregnancy caused by high blood pressure. Because of that the body will get rid of all the protein and can cause organ failure. It also stops the flow of nutritions to the baby which is disrupts the natural growth.

I think it was the previous vlog not this one buuut you guys should definitely 100% get a baby on board sticker. The reason for them is not really so that other drivers know of ocean but mainly for first responders. If you are ever in an accident, which I pray that you never are, and you have the baby on board sticker it lets first responders know that there is a baby in the car that requires immediate attention. Not everyone knows the real reason for them and I just think it is super important and you should always have one lol love you guys!

I delivered naturally laying down, but I was exhausted after a 36 hour labor lol. Also, pooping after you deliver is horrible KEEP TAKING the still softeners they give you for a couple of weeks after delivery! Maybe invest in a squatty potty. Nobody told me this before I went through it.
