I used to be a customer contact supervisor and customer care supervisor for DHL in Arizona. The wig situation got soooo out of hand that there were rules put in place due to sooo many customers saying that either they didnt get their wig or that they missed their delivery and want the courier to return to redeliver. There were wig issues every day all the time. They started to do a signature required rule because there were sooo many claims being entered for missing wigs. Even with that, there were customers claiming that the wig was delivered to the wrong address and that it wasnt them who signed. It was a crazy time 😅.

Sure she got the Proof of payment as well as the Defective product they sent her to help with her Lawsuit. But 1. If the company is based Overseas in China, Thailand or Malaysia where most manufacturers are based, it's a done deal. She ain't ever getting her money back. 2. Not only that but if the company is foreign based, they can easily change their name and escape the whole situation.
