Pretty sure this is an undersized ketch, not a yawl. The mizzen is forward of the rudder post, even though it's small compared to the main.

Hank, I noticed that the draft isn’t mentioned nor the material used in the hull. I will give you a call tomorrow, I have my two vessels that I am interested in and still on the market one in Marina Del Rey and the other in RI and I am slap dab in the middle of Texas. I’d rather ship my land yatch back to my home port than have to drive it across the country to the other coast but I will if I am not satisfied with my first choice, oh and guess what both are listed by your brokerage currently.

Crews of such vessels have to be satisfied with very little. Takes a special kind of person who is willing to live in such cramped quarters. The boat is wonderful 👏

Isn't this a ketch and not a yawl. it seems that the mizzen mast is forward of the rudder. in a yawl the mizzen mast is aft of the rudder. Sorry, but I don't know how she looks below the waterline. I checked with the broker and it is a Ketch. Your bad. It's an absolutely a gorgeous yacht. WOW!!!

That's the second stove like this I have seen in one month - is it for sale for 1.45mil ? Too much dark heavy wood on the interior. Don't think that's your target group.

It depends on what you like. Some people like it modern and white and grey, for example me this would be my dream boat and i wouldnt change a thing on it :)
