that first chapter is nearly picture perfect run i always struggle on time and surviving on the first chapter gotta rewatch your vid about the proper planning and rotation on the map

@@takainof Learning to run the map is probably the biggest learning curve in the game, once it clicks it becomes second nature but the game is really punishing if you don’t have a plan, I hope that video helps your out!

Thanks for a well-made informative video. In case this interests you: [edit: I also do the quest with my experience just before or on lvl3 - I like to get a full-HP refill from the levellup halfway through the attack! ] I used to pop back to the sandman after handing in materials. It was only when I stopped doing it that I realised that you can keep all the important mobs away from the house by 'to-and-fro-ing from one group of enemies to another. Ultimately, inevitably (If you're leading one group away, the other will move toward the house), they will get closer. However, with good mobility you can extend the time they take to close in on the house to quite an extreme.) I know there are other ways of completing the defend house mission, and I know some (busted) characters can just clean up then keep the later waves off, but I just thought it might interest you to know that for me, going back to buy during that window was making the quest much harder for me.

Something I found to make my clears faster with her simular to Aladin just useing youre special on random enamys while you traveling to location to have close to full blood/enchantment when you enter a camp

I am wondering if you can build her in a way that keeping trait active nearly all the time is viable, even between camps because she has crazy move speed, and can build blood off of random enemies on the way. Seems like she has a nutty skill ceiling

One other thing, if you get a chance you need to check out Realm of Ink that just came out in EA. I remember you saying you liked Hades and this game takes that, mixes in some Warm Snow aestethics and amps it up to a thousand. Game absolutely blew me away.

Seductive provocation not working while using POWER sounds insane to me, the entire description of the talent screams to be used on a POWER build otherwise its an auto skip

btw the reason you only get 3 choices from grim rewards after a reroll with tamotabako is because theres only 7 potential rewards and you cant see the same choices after a reroll anymore

I am nowhere near your level of play but I had a super fun run with Carmilla where I had every dash upgrade under the sun with damage and blood drain and the rose that increases crit rate on dashes, which meant I was just dashing 4 times through an enemy, had my blood bar filled, did my defense through them, get another dash and execute with special, which also had increased crit. I don't have all the things unlocked yet, Played the game a lot when there wasn't even a second map yet and then just waited for release. I wouldn't mind getting a small rundown video of what to do when you play this game in coop, perhaps you could make a short out of this or mention it during a long form video because me and my friends are really clueless of what to do. Do we run around solo and cover as much of the map as possible early, then port to complete the objectives together, do we just path together as if we were solo or do we just clear solo spread out on the map and collect the rewards afterwards? It's weird.

Dash builds are really good and cruel strike with the 2nd ultimate on Carmilla is super fun, sounds like you had an awesome build for blood generation! I've also been playing a lot more co-op in streams and might make a video on it but some general tips. -stick together and clear camps together, enemies scale with the number of players so taking on things solo is going to be much harder. - try to follow each other almost exactly when going into camps, if you all go in different directions you're going to end up pulling in a lot more enemies and making you fights a lot longer. -trade off teleporting back to sandman for upgrades, the timer doesn't pause so you make up for this by constantly having someone making progress so you can save time by them finding a closer teleport for the next objective Hooe that helps!

I had 5 charges, not really by choice of the special and just kept hopping from enemy to enemy haha. And whatever I did I was instantly killing those little guys the 2nd boss spawns haha.

After doing some more runs and unlocking all her talents I've come to like her attack build a lot more. Also Bat Master is absolutely insane for scouting and general map movement. I'd take it over the scaling talents even on special/power builds.

@@positive4ce Yeah Bat Master just feels so nice to use. So does her Special build with some cooldown speed and charges going. I don't know how well a dedicated Defense build would do offensively, but it's crazy s and movement regardless. The Dash attack talent + whip ult is some crazy damage and range, I really like her 2 final talent unlocks as well.

I can't believe how long it takes for such an OP build to kill those chapter 3 enemies. They're way overtuned in terms of how tanky they are. Absolute misery to fight if you're not sporting a broken build. And they hit like a truck on top of it.

53:16 Wasn't Balor's Eye reworked to be *removing* charges of Power and Special in exchange for damage? By that logic Injection would simply deal full damage Power explosions without needing to hold onto charges, because you don't have any charges to begin with

I think the Tamatebako + Grimoire interaction is either a bug, or Grimoires only offer 7 possible things, so because you can't reroll the same thing immediately, it will offer 4 first, reroll to 3, then reroll to 4, but haven't tested that yet... I do wanna say you are on a nasty clear here, but you barely ever set up a big bleed with defence before going for a the huge power, which is a little weird. You have spent the time explaining how the crit damage and chance works, only to rarely actually use it to it's full potential. Also (I am currently near the end of Act 2 in the run) you haven't really explained that at night, the trait increases your crit chance by another 40% which also feeds into this build! All that aside, you are clearly displaying that this character is completely busted, which is kinda funny because I saw a fair few reddit posts of people complaining that she is too weak

Try her defense build, although her bats can get annoying (they trigger a lot of unecessary figths), I find her defense build better than her power build. Edit : golden egg is retroactive, it just doesn't show it in the description (at least for me)

@@positive4ce It's way worse than just ruining stealth, the aggro range of those bats is insane, kinda like homing snowqueen attacks but the bats range is the whole screen, so you always aggro everyone in a 50m radius xD. It is really strong and fun tho (the build I had was just starting talent of defense, bats, and the explosion at the end of defense, just those 3 and 150 dmg melted baba yaga)

You only saw 3 options when you rerolled the grimoire instead of 4 because you can't get one of the options that was there when you rerolled. For the basic items there are only 7 different options.

What are your feelings on the shop now? I feel like they need to expand it cause it's rare that you get a mag ob that you want so it's just a wasted spot. I also hate the nerf to minor shaping. Makes it so much harder to get a set bonus for commons.

@@reboot3332 new shop can be pretty brutal, had a dragon hide, goldilocks porridge, sands of knowledge, and rapid shaping in chapter one and wanted to quit. And yeah set bonus for common are a lot harder than the others which feels odd, I feel like it was an intentional nerf to the coin but it made some other commons worse

Seems kinda busted if you use her chomp to move between camps to have maxed blood and then just power them until they die She was really difficult to pilot in the new Final Boss fight. My friend had a full sup Melusine so we won the fight, but don't ask how often my HP was ultra low

@@Realag666 yeah I’ve been using it like that now, getting another special charge and loading up on blood after leaving a camp is the way to go, but yeah power build is really hard to pull off on the final fight without injection. She has like one punish window where she’s laughs at you but kinda hard to read if she’s going to move or not
