Thx for completing the series (for now). Carmilla has such a wealth of intricasies, for good and bad, so this is a nice one to go back to for future reference. I hope they iron out some of the kinks eventually, like how her attack talents feel really weak and the lack of interactions between certain talents where it seems like there should be, but overall she's great.

@@torpor8652 Yeah having her best attack builds being overlapped by ultimates is rough, I would love it if ace of spades boosted the base attack still of the hit then the ultimate scaled off that. Also a lot of talents that scale a lot later can be rough

Of the characters I play carmilla really feels like she has the most talents I just never want to take. And they always seem to show up at level 2 lmao

Agreed, she has many talent the feel like they need a full build around them before they start to do something which makes it tough when they show up level 2, 3, or 4

You could use the onslaught attack to basically get instant crit chance when used with go for the throat in the connect the dots build

I have tried to play Carmilla attack build and it is really worth it I had enough damage to feel power, but the main reason why it is hard for me the same as Beowulf special but you have no stagger and have very little aoe and need to be very close to mobs and these made me lose runs xd

@@gg-ie5et Yeah I did an attack build on stream with cruel strikes and it was actually putting in work, just never felt as good as her other builds so it’s hard to recommend

Onslaught at "C" yet injection at "S".... what the f...🧐 Onslaught works really well in special builds. Put in a few golden eggs and it's decent damage, mobility and aoe after a bite since it goes through enemies.

For me it's that a full special build will kill your target with one special build and injection is amazing with the power build and actually makes it a viable build against baba yaga where without it the power build would be pretty awful against her. And I just feel like onslaught has very few cases where it is doing something for your build, carmilla is one of the last characters in the game that you'd take ace of spades on and cruel srikes is the better attack talent with its ultimate synergies. I do have a video going up today that uses it heavily and I did actually enjoy it quite a bit but it's hard to fully recommend on a character that shouldn't really build into attack

Yeah I agree but the biggest issue with a special build is that you have 0 aoe potential with it and once your charges run out you will have killed 3-4-5 enemies late game at max then you gotta run around until the CD runs out. Onslaught helps to actually kill other enemies too. While I agree it is not the best ability of all time because of Carmilla's lackluster attack build and having no other synergy between her attack and special aside from this talent it still does good in providing aoe in a build that desperately needs it. Injection on the other hand is something you need to get the perfect build for to literally do anything. Without 4 eggs, kings and full stacked power cd for the super effect it does nothing at all. So in my opinion injection is more like a B tier option and so is onslaught but just my two cents and thoughts Loved the video though and informative as always it's just that both injection and onslaught left deep impressions on me xd 😅
