When I ate there with my cousins we ordered 5 dishes cause we did not know what family portions meant we soon have to scale down our choices because we were so shocked to see that the meatballs were as big as bowling balls

My Wife and I Start every Vegas trip at Carmine's.. Food and service are Great and it feels like an old school Italian Eatery, Somewhere in NY... Just as Intended..The Cheese Raviolis with Lasagna Meat sauce are Crazy Good !!

Yes the food was delicious at Carmines, especially the garlic bread. Oh and I like the touch of class with the Titanic music (recorder) style. Would defiantly try this place again if staying around the Cesar’s area for sure. Good times!👊🏾

I love Italian food, the portions of food at Carmine's makes it perfect to share if you travel with a big family or a large group of people. The part at 6:35 when they bring the dessert and the "Titanic" flute theme plays is so funny. Fun fact: Caesar salad was actually invented in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico by an Italian immigrant named Cesare Cardini.

The small glass and spoon etc give you the sense that the plates are even bigger All you ate was cheese, bread and three shrimp The desert was 1/3 whip cream If you knew the real cost you’d realize you paid 80x more than cost But the atmosphere and time w friends is priceless 🥰

My biggest regret from eating at Carmine's was not having a refrigerator in the hotel room to save the leftovers! Staying at Vdara next trip and will have a fridge/microwave... may have to make another visit!

It seems like they are forcing everyone on the table to eat the same thing by piling 3 times the amount of food for 3X the amount of money. If there are at least 6 people I’m sure it’ll be perfect. @SayHiToMatthew next time you go to Vegas, try to take some time to visit Nora's on Flamingo just west of the strip. Best home style Italian food. It's a simple place in a strip mall but some of the best Italian food I've had!!!
