The best veal parm I had was 35 years ago at a water polo banquet. 😂 The best calamari I had was 30 years ago at a little place when I used to live in Sun City! I need to go to this place because both are hard to find! You should have put _SECRET MENU_ in the title, because those 3 off menu items look amazing!

@@SayHiToMatthew We had the rib cap $68, I believe, lobster tail and mac and cheese for the side. Crab cake appetizer was disappointing at $28 and quite small. The steak was well done (ordered med) and just wasn't very flavorful. Service was fine. The Mac and cheese was good but shouldn't be the highlight of the night. 😆

I really enjoyed both but for more authentic Italian food and classic Vegas vibes go with Piero’s. Carmines is great for family style with the big portions and the cheesy garlic bread alone is worth the visit lol
