Nice playthrough of a great game. Your content is really good, as always. The clarity of your explanations and the zooming in with camera really help understand what you're doing. I enjoy this game solo for the simplicity of the AI turn. Plus, the Kickstarter deluxe edition is really beautiful. Probably my favorite Kickstarter pledge I received this year.

Great video as usual Tom, cheers. Not sure if you have noticed yet, that the player boards are colour specific to the meeples. It's clearest if you look at the bottom left corner where the starting resorces are shown to see which colour board you have. In this play through you have the white players board with blue meeps. Just thought you might like to know.

and the cardboard and playerboards are in linen finish in the deluxe version. The board is a mm thicker than the retail.

Love your playthroughs! When adding departments to your company, they actually don't need to be adjacent right? You can build them anywhere. You just can't have more than one department of the same name (one which you already took from a stack).
