Carnival Celebration Cruise Ship Full Tour & Review 2024 (Carnival’s Biggest Cruise Ship)

We are on the first Carnival cruise on Carnival Celebration Cruise Ship! JJ Cruise does a Carnival Celebration Cruise Ship tour and Carnival Celebration review of the Carnival Celebration Cruise Ship zones and unique additions On Carnival Celebration. We were surprised by the changes to cruising in 2022 for Carnival Cruises!
In the cruise news latest we are onboard Carnival Celebration Cruise Ship 2022 Maiden Voyage. With the latest cruise news comes the new Carnival Celebration cruise ship with 6 zones and new things onboard. The six Carnival Celebration zones include Celebration Central, 820 Biscayne, Summer Landing, The Gateway, The Ultimate Playground and the Lido. In the Celebration Central Zone are many specialty dining venues, shopping, photos, bars and entertainment venues including Piano Bar 88, embarkation center, Celebration Central Plaza, Center Stage and Bar, Java Blue Cafe, Cherry on Top, Hipfish Accessories, Island Traders, The Carnival Store, Empress Casino, Tropicale Bar, Pixels photo gallery, Front Street Watches, Effy, Bonsai Sushi and Teppanyaki, Dreams Studio, Effy, Aquaria Bar, ChiBang! Chinese and Mexican Cuisine, and Havana Bar & Pool. In 820 Biscayne there are multiple specialty dining and bar venues including Cucina del Capitano, Bar 820, and Rudi’s Seagrill as well as complimentary dining venues including Miami Slice and Deco Deli as well as Carnival Adventures and Guest Services. The Gateway tour includes specialty dining and bars such as Emeril’s Bistro 1397, Carnival Kitchen, The Golden Jubilee and Latitudes Bar as well as one of the main dining rooms Carnivale Restaurant. Summer Landing neighborhood tour includes Guy’s Pig and Anchor, The Watering Hole, Heroes Tribute Lounge, Port Side Liquor and Tobacco, the Patio and the Patio Pool. Spanning Decks 17-19, we tour the Ultimate Playground which includes all the classic Fun Zone outdoor features such as Mini Golf, Water Works, jogging track, SportSquare, Sports Court, Ropes Course, BOLT Ultimate Sea Coaster and Guy’s Burger Joint. On everyone’s favorite The Lido Tour includes the RedFrog Tiki Bar, Blue Iguana Cantina, Seafood Shack, Street Eats and the Beach Pool. We were also on the first Carnival cruise out of Florida on July 4th Carnival Horizon sailing. We were on the Carnival Mardi Gras cruise ship maiden voyage sailed on July 31st, 2021.

What Carnival has done with this class is definitely open up the number of people that can appreciate the ship itself. No real surprise - the class started with some of their more upmarket brands. As much as they've added in the Carnival fun (and capacity) it still feels nicer than the other Carnival ships.

Wow, you're not kidding about all the fast casual options! Just when I thought you had covered them all, you would show another one. So many dining options in general. I love the way they created little areas in the buffet; I'm so used to the wide open buffet seating but that looks more welcoming and comfortable. Very thorough, clearly-explained tour. Thank you!

@@b8rlow Oh in heartbeat. I still want Carnival to introduce some sort of unlimited pass or package deal to make re-rides less painful in the wallet. MSC and NCL both have either unlimited passes or discounts on buying multiple tickets for activities. Then again most of the rest of the industry does discounts for booking multiple specialty restaurants and Carnival hasn't done that either.

Excellent tour! I have been on the original ship and cant wait to experience this one. I am now concerned about noise since I see my cove room is under Celebration Central stage. Love you two & your tours. As someone with knee issues, and can't do ladders, it would be helpful to show the entrances to the pools & hot tubs.... are they all ladders? Steps? Zero-entry? Just something I'm always straining to see.

The lack of loungers at the serenity pool seems so strange to me. What do you both think? A pool surrounded by tables for eating? We get onboard January.

It’s a good point. That said, there are a lot of loungers elsewhere not by the Serenity Pool but still in Serenity so we will see how they are utilized on our warmer weather days 😉
