I ADORE your reviews. I’m so glad I found you. I am a full time wheelchair user (paralyzed from waist down) and, as you would know, not all wheelchair accessible cabins are created equal. Some are completely inaccessible and I’ve actually had to disembark before even leaving port a couple of times due to these reasons… (MSC virtuosa, NEVER GO ON THIS SHIP) and Princess Dawn. This cabin looks fabulous!! I’m loving the automatic doors! I’m also really impressed by how you’re demonstrating everything. Seriously, you’re the best. Thank you so much for sharing this invaluable information. Hopefully we’ll meet on a cruise someday. Best wishes from Melbourne Australia. ❤

Excellent cabin tour. I love that they have the power door openers. I travel with my sister who is disabled, using a walker. She can't get the doors opened easily. In January, using a handicap accessible balcony cabin, she tripped and fell and broke her hand when the door swung closed and hit the back of her walker. (Enchanted Princess). We have sailed on the Princess Grand, and no power door openers. We will be on the Caribbean Princess later in the month in a balcony HC room, and I will post a video of the cabin.

Hey Mary, these doors are tough to deal with, even these auto opening seem to close pretty quick and can "get you" if you don't move fast enough. We just sailed on the Caribbean Princess in May for 2 weeks. We have a video on that cabin too if that may help your sister. I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m going on carnival freedom in December and I’ve got mobility issues, so I’m a little nervous about how this is all going to work & if I’ll be able to enjoy the ports without holding my mom back or being an inconvenience. My hope is to see that I can do it & maybe I can even do it on my own if I ever want to.
