Those double-interior rooms are fantastic! This is what was available when it came time to change rooms, so we were happy to just get away from the banging noises.

Haha. Very similar aside from the adjoining stateroom door which means a lack of extra drawer space under the desk since they relocated the mini fridge to that spot.

Thanks for the video. I was concerned with the potential noise from the connecting room. The staterooms were limited for our upcoming sailing. I hope we don’t have noise issues.

Cruise ships have come a long way in terms of sound-proofing the cabins. Yes, there will still be unexpected noises every once in a while, but hopefully it’s minimized during sleeping hours. Fingers crossed for a great cruise for you!

Hi Besties! I’m booked in this type cabin on Jubilee for April. Question, where is the ideal place to ask for possible last minute upgrade once I arrive for check in? The travel agent that my family works with says she will let us know if anything comes up, but I’m certain EVERYONE that she works with is asking her the same. But I know emergencies happen, and folks end up having to cancel for various reasons. (Last minute)

Great question. Honestly, the best place would be to go to Guest Services once on the ship. They’ll have final numbers for all passengers who have checked in. Unfortunately you’ll have to wait in line as that first day is usually chaotic for that team. Perhaps you can check with them in the evening hours, around dinner or after.

There is not. The cabin is designed to hold two passengers and has a door that adjoins it to the cabin next door.
