Yes, deck 4 has a much smaller casino that is all non-smoking. Maybe a 1/4th of the size as the one on the 5th floor. When I went to video the one on the 4th floor, we had pulled away from the dock and they said I could not record the casino when we were out to sea.

@@SweeteaLady65 Yes, while the ship is out in international waters, the casino can be open. But once in port, because of laws in the country the ship is in, the ship has to close the casino on the boat. Thank you for subscribing and viewing our channel!!!
