I am going to make a model for this and whoever wants to mod this in use the model, the animations I will make, and this song. This needs to be a Jester mod. I will upload the model to Sketchfab. I am not too familiar with making models in blender, but I am familiar with Blockbench. If models made in Blockbench are compatible with Lethal Company, then I will do that. If not, then I will have to find out what the dev used to make the models and use that for maximum compatibility. I am going to call it the Blaster. Since the Jester is based on a jack in a box, and this song seems like it would be played on a boombox or speaker, I will come up with something unique. You’ll see ;) It’ll be there in maybe a couple -weeks- months because this’ll be a side project, as I am still busy with life even during summer. Max time is about 3 months. Listen, procrastination. Edit: I am probably going to make my own custom noises for the Blaster. That way it won’t just be a reskin of the Jester, but more like a new enemy similar to the Jester. After some research for inspiration, I’m thinking of making the skull similar to an animal that uses auditory predatory mimicry. (Mimicking the *sound* of your prey to attract it). Update! I am going to base the living parts of the Blaster off of the Tree Ocelot, commonly known as the Margay. It imitates the cries of baby Mandarins in order to lure them closer for capturing. The Blaster will play various (copyright free) songs, and songs from the main game itself when a player goes within a certain radius of it. It may also play sounds other monsters make, sounds from items, and even clips of player dialogue (only dialogue said within the facility). It will be hidden inside its device (to be determined/specified) until a player gets into grabbing range. When scanning it, it will just show up as [whatever I choose to call the device] and will appear as a piece of scrap. Once you get into grabbing range, though, that’s when it will show its appendages. It will be vaguely similar to the Jester in anatomy, in which it will have two legs and an arm visible. Unlike the Jester, it will have its right arm out instead of the left. It will be standing on its hind legs like domestic cats rarely do, and its right arm will be sticking out of a missing panel or cracked panel on the front. When it starts pawing at and rotating its “speed knob”, that will be the equivalent of the Jester cranking. When it pops out of the battery/charging cable compartment, it will reveal its head and begin the thrill of the hunt, with its song playing quietly until it has chosen a target. For it to find players throughout the facility, it will have one of the two following: 1. Retained some of its sensory organs intact and within the skull. 2. Use its radio function to detect the player’s built-in speaker and play a chip-tune version of the Jester’s popping tune. Once it hears where in the building the player is, as it has lived in the structure for a very long time and has become acquainted with the layout, it will start playing its hunting theme. With your permission, I might even separate the parts of the song into independent tracks (excluding the Jester noises, because… new creature, duh) or you could add chapters to this video and title them to the corresponding phases they would play during. I’ll put time stamps for the sections and title them accordingly.
