Can we talk about how much of a Unit Sigurd is? He survived and reported about every single monster in the game. He survived his first encounters with those too, even knowing how the bracken turns aggressive when gazed on or how the Jester becomes deadly after playing his Melody. He survived all of it. The thing i love with lethal company is it's like phasmaphobia in the sense of it's scary at times but doesn't rely on cheap tactics to scare you like most horror games, it doesn't have any jumpscares and is more psychological, it also is a co-op game with proximity voice chat and even if your not a youtuber as long as you got a friend or two you'll be laughing because it creates so many funny moments

I like how there is an in-game reason as to why brackens spawn most frequently on vow. Brackens are most likely a nocturnal predator, and the leaves on their back were for both blending into the environment or making forest giants think they were some exotic species of plant, and when the moons where industrialized, they used the buildings as nests. The dark and narrow hallways helped them tremendously for picking off the unluckly prey that happened to wander into the buildings

It's been out for a while but might be worth checking out Pyrocynical's review/theory on the game. I like the angles that MattPat brings, but a lot of times it really feels like he's picking pieces of circumstantial evidence and misrepresenting things. Like if both the monsters and the bestiary was produced by the company, why would the bestiary "speculate" on the intention of their weapons? Or the fact that it actively gives misinformation like the dogs attack each other?

Something I don't think is mentioned in this video (10:00 in the video to be precise) is the fact that if you or another player keeps ringing that bell on the desk too much, you start to hear growling noises (screams maybe?) and the screen starts to shake a little bit. This game has made me so invariably happy, the fact that it's got great mechanics, is clippable as all get out, and has LOOOOORE is just too perfect. I had only theorized that the Company was actually the monster inside (Since it's always referred to as an entity, not a group) and that it was kinda enslaving humanity to feed it, I just never got far enough to find all sigurd's logs! It's implied that the company is named "Halden Electronics," so there's a chance that they did make the turrets and mines, but unlikely that they made the monsters on the moons. Jeb(the monster in the company) is also most likely a (i dont know how to describe it other than this) Wither storm-type-creature. Perhaps from deep space or another plain of existence. Another idea is that maybe the *Golden Planet* is Earth. We as a species would probably give our birthplace a sentimental and important name. To round it off: it's never said that humanity has almost gone extinct. The only mention of war is, "i heard Titan won't be the same in 2 years," and even then, that could mean a plethora of things. I'm not trying to correct you in any way. I'm just adding more stuff/theory's to the table

Little detail for any would-be theorists- the "factory" is actually the _maintenance hallways_ of said factory. That's why we don't find proper machinery, it's on the other side of those walls.
