The Carnival port at Galveston looks depressing and from a third-world country. The Vista is broken and not sailing at full cruising speed and that is why it is on some ports only for 3 to 4 hours which is unheard of on most cruise lines. The service and quality of food on board the Carnival Vista is horrible. The broken Vista is finally going to the dry dock for repairs in a few months after several months of lying from Christine Duffy and John Heald. Worst Carnival ship in the fleet.
