I've only been on 2 cruises - one a 3-night Disney, YEARS ago, and 1 7-night NE/Canada, also YEARS ago - but I will NEVER forget the sheer excitement of seeing "my" ship for the 1st time, or seeing in again, after coming back from a great port visit! Your coming over the bridge in this vlog brought that all back for me, and I was excited FOR you all! :) I've always been a frequent, and generous tipper, but am even more so now, after quarantine - want to take care of those who take care of me!! And seeing all your crew dancing, and lined up on the staircase inside made me as emotional as you were! :) Yes - thank you, Robert - for helping out, and being such a support, whether or not we can see you doing that - I'm sure there are3 MANY more instances we don't even REALIZE how pivotal you are to the channel, and our getting such fun, and excellent, content, and we SO appreciate you, and you are SO humble!!! How does the Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar compare to Diet Dr. Pepper? Is is like Coke Zero, which has MUCH more flavor than Diet Coke? The 1 grocery delivery place I get form doesn't have it, and the other one is always "not in stock" when I order. :( I do like Diet Dr. Pepper, but DEFINITELY want to try Zero Sugar - and I just might prefer it, if available, like I do Coke Zero vs. Diet Coke. What were the "benches" outside the staterooms as you were walking to yours - are they like luggage racks? Love the "new and improved" muster drills SO much more! Hope they ALWAYS stay this way, just like THEM serving you at the buffet at most cruise lines, and places. VERY surprised you could service yourself in this buffet!! Atlantic City was MUCH more crowded than I thought it was going to be, and I ended up wearing my mask last week, most of the time I was outside of my room, or actively/eating drinking. And now it's being "suggest" - wonder if it will end up going back to "mandated"? But the size of the crowds (especially so many kids - which I expect at the Boardwalk/ocean hotels, but I was quite a distance from them) and I guess a lot of the kids are too young to be vaccinated, took me aback. Socially distanced hugs from New Jersey to you and Rob, the whole family, and all the gorgeous fur babies! Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!!

Really appreciate this…we’ll be taking our first cruise in October on the Vista. Question: we also booked parking at Galveston Park n Cruise. Can you drop checked bags before you park?

Hi! It was suggested by another viewer to go through the passenger drop off line to drop off your luggage and then go park. You can do this but do keep in mind there is a lot of traffic so allow extra time for traffic. Currently Breeze and Vista are both sailing on the same day (on some sailings) making for extra traffic in the port area. Hugs!

We realized after a few Galveston cruises that if you are going to park where you guys did, it’s a good idea to drop off your luggage then go park. That way you don’t have to drag all your stuff from the parking lot.

Jenny is the best! Welcome to the channel! There are many gluten-free sugar free items on board. On our Carnival Legend cruise in 2022 the were in the dining room a lot- you can see the process there. On our carnival Dream vlogs from 2022 we were in restaurants more often so you can see the process there. Today we just disembarked the Carnival Horizon again and this time we did more of the restaurants like sushi and Ji-Ji’s- vlogs will begin next week. Our Carnival Horizon vlogs from 2021 we did both restaurants and the dining room. What ship will you be sailing?

Hi, I have heard there are random checks to verify the vaccine card is legitimate. So in the cruise contract it asks that one be prepared to show proof. I personally have only been asked to see my vaccine card and present a negative covid test ( specific requirements per cruise line).

Hi! We usually tip per bag a couple of bucks. If the bag is really heavy we tip $5 for the bag.They are not tipped by the cruise line so we make sure to tip them. We tip our room steward, we split the tip in two; half on boarding day and half on disembarkation. The dining crew we tip per person about $25-40 but I have a food allergy so they spend a lot more time with me than most people. And we tip tip the bar staff, people who bring room service etc. I know, it is a lot of tipping and the cruise line does ( if you keep them) automatically add tips but we just feel it is not enough. It is very much a personal preference, what ever you feel most comfortable with and can afford. Great question! Hugs!

We are booked on carnival vista November 27 2021! really hoping and praying we will get to go me and my husband both have been vaccinated but we’re not sure if we will get to go because we’re taking our babygirl who will be 7 months and I guess I have to get a Exemption form filled out for her not sure do you know if we have to do that for her she’ll be 7 months old that is pretty stupid if I have to do it for her since she’s a baby 🤔🤔

As far as I have heard and understand you do have to request an exemption for your daughter - I am not 100%. A carnival PVP will know for sure, or any Carnival customer care rep. Our friend just got approval for her daughter, she is under 2. Protocols are changing often so by November things could be completely different. I wish I had a better answer for you. How the health screening did you did a test or they ask you questions

They asked health questions online before we boarded the ship, and asked if anything had changed while we were showing our vaccine cards. We were not tested. Hugs my friend!
