As someone who used to suffer from epilepsy before going carnivore, I thank Dr. Clemens for her brilliant work.

Dr. Clemens is amazing ! Quiet confidence, great clarity of thought. I am beyond grateful to be on this path. I am shocked that the solutions to illness could be so simple and far reaching. Only 10 months of carnivore, I have healed many conditions. I was headed for a life of illness. Now I am confident of a vital, amazing existence.

Ive been following Zsofia & PKD for years now & I've never heard a more complete & logical explanation for both the cause & treatment of disease. The approach is so easy to follow in its simplicity you can do it from anywhere in the world provided you have access to a blood glucose/ ketone meter. The PKD has saved my health & sanity so many times. I would love to see medicine catch up with this protocol in my lifetime.

I’m always amazed at Dr Clemens approach to health and reversal Of disease!… it’s really nothing new is going back to the natural way of eating like Dr Chaffe always points out is the right diet for our species and we are the only species that gos contrary to our natural way of eating!…❤❤❤❤❤

Dr Robert, I’m writing to you all the way from Turkey. My patents raised me on med diet and some how I ate mainly vegetables and not much meat. As you can guess, my blood test showed I was scrapping the bottom of the barrel when it came to Vit D or B12 and magnesium and the rest. Having lived in the Uk for over four decades low vitamin d was no surprise. To cut along long story short, I discovers Dr Berg and began following Omad . Sure enough , soon I lost 10 kilos over a month, and never felt this well in a long time. I do supplement and since I discovered your channel, I began carnivore diet as of today. Let me take this opportunity to thank you from the deepest part of my heart for enlightening us with your no nonsense and unbiased approach. Bless you and wish you all the success in the world.

Regarding Iodine and Selenium. In NA the soil content of Iodine varies depending on the location and proximity to the ocean. Hence the "Goiter belt" is well known. Selenium varies as well, in Alberta (a Canadian Province) the soil content odfSe is high, and on the Eastern coast it is quite low. The Iodine is the exact opposite.

Perhaps the reason why fasting works is that plant-based foods, chemicals, etc are eliminated. What they don’t know is that meat/fat can be eaten too!

@missmarielyne6697 I am curious to hear about what was the difference that you noticed between when you ate butter and when you avoided butter? I have just completed my first week on the Carnivore diet and I am now wondering how can I get to consume a fairly sufficient amount of fat if I don’t consume butter.?

I've see like 10 interviews featuring Dr. Clemens. The questions no one ever ask her are: 1. What about Omega 3 (and the Omega-3-to-Omega-6 ratio)? 2. Are spices like oregano and cumin (and maybe pepper) okay on the PKD?

No spices allowed. At least, not for those who are very ill. You get everything you need, including Omega 3s, from grass fed beef. Much better than the conventionally raised beef.

no need spice there are a few that are PKD allowance but not the 'strong ones' there is a list of a few and no cumin or pepper and they are only allowance and should be use one at a time on a specific list they gave on protocol

Isn´t there a difference even in red meat depending on the soils that their grasses and grains are grown? We don´t all live in Hungary or other places that may be fine for iodine in their soil and the plants which animals eat. There are many areas in the world that have chronically low levels of iodine. Sardinia was one such place where cretinism was rampant, simply because they had such low levels of iodine. Research it. For me, I´ll hedge my bets and take a drop of iodine in water each day since it´s just like salt: it is simply excreted if one doesn´t need it. Too many women I know have ended breast pain from fibroids and elsewhere by including iodine.

She’s not wrong , but holy god it’s hard to follow her diet to a T… the longest I lasted was 2 weeks, felt pretty good, but eventually crashed and ate all the ice cream… trying to explore a modified version…. I incorporate some of the SCD … and I hate eating liver uck! I take liver supplements instead…

So I can't eat fermented cabbage?? 😫
@denisedecker7330
@denisedecker7330 Жыл бұрын
You only need fermented cabbage to feed the bugs that live on vegetables. Your microbiome changes according to your diet very rapidly. So if you're not eating anything but meat and fat you do not need the bugs that consume other foods and they disappear. But just like of a certain pest becomes greater in your yard the things that eat that pest also start populating. When their food disappears they too disappear.
