Hey there is this Kristie Clark!! I just wanted noted when you go viral I was here in the beginning haha I would like to know your lymphatic routine. I don't know if that is the correct word but as I drop weight my chin I feel like is starting to look like a chicken neck. I may be a little paranoid but now all I am getting is these adds to buy that supposedly helps with that. I don't know what is real and what is a scam. I also soooo need to do like a formal funeral for all my junk food and carbs. I mean they have been apart of my life for so long I want to say adios to them all!! Excited to watch more videos!!!
