Hamburger Patties and Eggs Sunny Side up tastes like Steak and Egg to me! I use Everything but the Bagel Seasoning . It is divine! I also love bacon. You can even save the bacon grease in a ceramic decanter and reuse it so you won't have to buy butter. Flounder is inexpensive too. Visualize being healthy enough to go outside again. After having two babies in less than three years, I went from being in the best shape of my life, to being close to 200 pounds at only 5’2”. That’s a lot of weight on my small frame. The amount of things that are “wrong” with me are astounding. Seriously. I’m only 36 but I feel 56. I need to get my life back. Started ketovore a couple weeks ago and I’ve already lost 10 pounds. The first couple days my knee pain went away, my heel spurs were almost gone, my dandruff went away, my libido came back, and the most important part; I am making more milk for my baby than before!! That is crucial to me as my baby relies on me for the majority of his food.

Bill, You can do this! Beef Bacon Butter Eggs. Skip Breakfast. Eat twice a day. Cook Bacon til it's crispy as a snack. Protein satiates. You would be surprised how little you eat on carnivore. I went from a Size 10 to a Size 2 in less than 30 days! Life is precious. Don't give up on that!

I've done keto with weight watchers for over a year and all I've lost is inches. I'm tired of being the only one not losing weight at the meetings 😢 I gained my weight because of meds not eating I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure

​@@susievidal4134 If you are losing inches, you are gaining muscle and bone strength! You are losing dangerous visceral fat, and gaining a clean healthy body! If you can get an all-body scan, you can track all kinds of progress that way. If WW is only looking for numbers on a scale, that's not the right place to be.

That is half the battle, keeping away from diabetes and high blood pressure. Congrats on that! If you were working with weights or building muscle in other ways, you were still losing fat. That is the main quest with a diet. The scale is a liar in some cases. How long were you on the diet?

@@susievidal4134 I experienced the same thing when I tried the points system and keto (looking back, I was doing the “popular keto/dirty keto”, not true keto though. I’m nearly finished with a book called Eat Fat Grow Thin by Dr Richard Mackarness in which the problems with systems like WW are discussed. For me, Carnivore is the simple solution and allowing for a Ketovore day here and there helps my psyche adjust on the, now rare, days when I want a little more variety. The longer I continue on this path, the more I just crave the meat, fat, and salt. After decades of feeling like I was at war with my own body, I finally feel amazed at what it can do when fed correctly for me. The next hurdle will be finding a PCP who is supportive of what I’m doing because I’m already 98% due my current nice but also unhealthy PCP is going to tell me I’m nuts next week. I hope she doesn’t though. I’m bringing her research and lecture videos to share. Maybe she’ll listen. Lol! Anyhow, all that to say, don’t be afraid to make the Carnivore leap. You’ll be happy you did.

30 days ago I watched your video! I just now realized I never subscribed! Hope you read this through. My story will never be one of great weight loss. 30lbs overweight. However, I lost my surviving parent 2019. At the time I had ran a business for 25 years. Them Covid hit. And prior to that Menopause. And I went from an active healthy person. To one that could not wear my clothes . Hat let my house get cluttered and dirty. And the first time in my life I was deeply depressed. I sat around and ate junk food. Because I felt old and washed up. 30 days later I wake at 4:30 every morning. And accomplish more by noon then I used to all week. I thought my parents passing, losing my business, menopause. That is why I was depressed. It wasn’t. I am watching your wife’s struggle and I get it. Men and women are very different and I didn’t study well before I started. I almost had a heat stroke mowing my yard.( something I do every week) because I didn’t know about electrolytes. My bad! You said research ! I didn’t . The scales haven’t tipped much. But I was always a muscle kind of girl.(genetics) And I didn’t realize how much muscle mass I had lost until carnivore. And I was getting arthritic. All my bones creaked! My face and hands were so swollen. I couldn’t wear my rings or shoes! Most of that swelling is gone now. Please tell your wife to consult with other women! Because our experiences are very different. Especially as we age. Prayers for your whole family. And your mission to share. It helped me so much. Thank you Kerry!

Bill! I have been excited for you to start posting since I read that comment you made! I have been doing carnivour for a few weeks now and I've already lost a couple pounds. It's kind of rough because my wife is a veggitarian, so we never eat the same thing and she bakes amazing cakes. But after a couple weeks into it, I just stopped craving her baked goods and things loaded with carbs. I don't even want them anymore. My friend told me I should take pictures and monitor my progress, and I think you should do the same! Take a lot of pictures of before and after, and I think it would be cool to have a weekly update on your progress! I have a few people in my life that I want to get on carnivour, but they need to see the actual live time results so it can be real to them! People call me crazy and stupid and don't believe me because they've been brainwashed by bigg food and bigg pharma, and I'm really looking forward to all of your videos! If this helps, over 16 months ago I was 495# couldnt really walk, had all sort of weight issues. I felt like I was at that point where I had to do something or it was going to get much worse very soon. I started carnivore starting for '2 weeks' By day two, I knew this was for me. I am down 170#, walking, off any and all medication, tons of energy, etc. I know you can do this. I did this! I am doing it! It is affordable, especially when you look at the costs that all those veggies and breads and grains and such add up to a lot! I eat beef, por, chicken, cheese, heavy cream, eggs! No cheats, no sweets, I hav no cravings for them. You can do it! I am 57, and I am doing it! You got this!
