THE RECIPE
For noodles
4 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
Pinch salt
Bake 325. 8-10 min or until set.
For about the filling
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Red pepper flakes
1 lbs Italian sausage
1 large ricotta cheese
This recipe uses eggs and cream cheese to make thin and tender noodles that are filled with Italian sausage, cheese, and spices. You can serve them with a simple butter sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix egg and cream cheese
Bake 325. 8-10 min or until set.
For ravioli:
brown italian sausage in a frying pan over medium heat, drain excess fats
mix with ricotta, parmesan, and salt to taste
fill ravioli with mixture and seal edges with a fork
heat ravioli in brown butter, beef broth, or alfredo sauce
