I am very lucky to have this channel. I am not started my chess carrier. I am 30 years old, but I have plan to start the chess just I am learning it and also playing in lichess. I am sure I will be successful Chess player in future that time I will give complement and the statement I am going to share which is "all credit goes to CHESSFACTOR Channel only". This will happen every time when I will be interviewed.

I think tutorials with 3d is the best tool which is preferred by more than 80 percent of viewers. Focus on that and thanks for this great video sir..

Awesome series thank you. I really appreciate having the lesson illustrated with a real board and not a 2d graphic. It might just be me but it helps me remember it better.
@Chessfactor4 жыл бұрын
We are happy to hear that you like the series and the real chess board style of our videos. You are probably right that the real chess board helps to remember and visualize the moves better. We already received similar feedback form other viewers. But of course there are also other viewers who prefer the 2d perspective. It's simply a matter of taste.

Hi Alex, I really enjoyed your videos about the caro-kann. I learned a lot from them. I would be grateful if you can make a series of videos about the nimzo-indian defense for black. That would be great. Thanks again for your explanations and efforts.

It was a state level tournament and I represented my district along with my team. We couldn't clear the quarterfinals and lost to a team there. Nonetheless, it was a great experience and I used the caro kann once too! ( I won that one)

We pre-recoded already some videos and try to improve the contrast, which is not so easy. But in the next two weeks we have another filming session and will use a wooden chessboard for better contrast. Here is a link with a picture of our new board, hope it's better: facebook.com/1671269316499279/photos/pb.1671269316499279.-2207520000.1571335359./2165423620417177/?type=3&theater&_rdc=1&_rdr

Hello, I was looking through the PGN, and I noticed there are a bunch of dollar signs ($) in it. I am not sure what this means. Could you please let me know if this is a typo or something that should be there? Thank you!

I am a 1200 player(fide) should i learn openings?? I heard from my friend that opening is not at all thing you should learn in this range.
@Chessfactor4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking. Studying the openings at your level is good to begin, but expect it to be messy and confusing at times. This is the nature of opening work when one is not so experienced! Do not worry too much if you cannot remember things - the process is never so linear. What I do is I watch some material about a new opening, then I try to replay the variations covered on a board (digital or real), and then later on I try to recall the variations from memory. So, a) watch, b) reproduce on a board, c) reproduce from memory. And then there is a fourth important step: play out the openings in your real games. This will quickly show you what you are able to remember and what you are not. If you don't remember something, simply go back and recall the line.
