It was very interesting what she said about the character of Carol in the movie vs Carol in the book. And Carol in the movie was both way more developed and also more sympathetic. Some of that no doubt was the script, but a ton of it was because Cate Blanchett is such a good actress.

I noticed that Cates newly adopted baby daughter is middle named Patricia, also Rooney used that name once!
