I didn't know that pre-blending the greens can make such a difference in the final product >> I will have to try it next time. Also, I've never pre-cooked the onions before adding them to the mũkimo.. usually i add the mũkimo to the fried onions then I have to risk it getting stuck to the pot etc etc and it's a hassle.. so your method will save me from that! 10/10 😃
