The richness of this conversation in understanding the psychology of our decisions is so very important to incorporate in our decision making process we use in the future, thank you both very much for sharing your time, work, knowledge and experience, Carol, and Aidan, peace

This sounds interesting. I'm going to read this next. So much information out there is kind of extreme, eg, how to deal with ''narcissists''. I'm dealing with a vulnerable but highly defended person whose ego is defended by an iron dome. My mother *has* to protect her ego. That's always the priority. No matter what she might lose. Her daughter. She has been asked to stop labelling me (paranoid, emotional, sensitive) she just won't stop. If i ask her to stop, more labels come my way. Aggressive, insane, it's just relentless) The entire family backs her up. She has stopped talking to me now (but denies that) even though she's drafted in other people to also not talk to me. I should give up but it's hard to give up.

@@TheInnovationShow No but my question is different do read it once again it is not about time management.. but bringing more revenue to company from individual effort and using that to skyrocket my earning potential as engineer in construction industry.. how to become indispensable and irreplaceable..

hi @@mohibquadri4053 , I focused on what you mentioned about saving time, this is the only element that I could comment on without a huge amount of context. There are so many variables. Our forthcoming series with Peter Compo is one of the best books I have read on strategy and all the inputs that are required. Here is the website with many free resources: emergentapproach.com

The point where I should have jumped off the triangle is be a coward or not be a coward. I want to warn people but I don't want to be shamed and lose my friends. I'm not able to rationalise this though, it troubles me.
