80s because they are using brand new urgos movements around this time urgos movements were popular so 80s

@@V.G.F.it cannot be after 1985 and not before 1980 the urgos strike in the video is slightly higher pitched than the 70s strikes they changed the pitch of the chime and strike slightly higher in 1981
