I was born in Brussels and I plan to purchase a waffle truck in the Tampa area and I'm very knowledgeable in french pastries and especially Belgian waffles. Any advice that you could share with me in regard of the waffle maker. I have the plate M001 at home. Where can I buy a real belgian waffle maker professional.

Buying in the Tampa area is not the best plus the waffle businness is not the best maybe a ice cream is better get in touch with me I'm in the north carolina area.
