This was the easiest Beast I've done, it helped to do both the super and Sprint in Lanier right before it.

You want easy, do the Seattle Beast this September. That will most likely be the easiest beast you can find that I know of.

No fella I am the guy at the top of the mud hill at the beginning of the race who you just so happen to record dude lol if you look at the point of video recording at 1:21 you would see me (2sec) on my knees helping someone up the hill
