@@laneleach yes but its not made by the people of rvb in the official canon and the fact that its in season 14 which had alot of alternate universe non canon stuff and it does not line up with the story makes it more likely that its not canon

Before AI, Carolina was #1 on the leaderboards while Meta was standing at #7, underneath York, Wyoming, Wash, and North and South Dakota. After Tex joined, Carolina dropped to 2, but Main/Meta was still at 7 (as South Dakota dropped off the board). By the end after AI begin to enter the picture, he reaches rank 3, but still never exceeds her despite her starting to make mistakes. While the board is very likely mission goal success and not JUST combat ability, that's a decent lead in an organization that had 49 agent (not 50 as they only had 1 Carolina.). Overall, I think Maine/Meta would be the better combatant, as his specialty indicated by the fist implies his specialty is close quarters and his strength is nearly unmatched in the series. But as they went over in the end of the video, he... wasn't the most clear headed fighter and was fairly single minded. More comparable to an animal than a man. Carolina, having been the leader of the group, has the advantage of knowing Maine's abilities and weaknesses and being able to exploit them better than he would, and had better control over her armor abilities even if they were inherently weaker. And the Epsilon unit has been shown to emulate the personalities of all other seen AI's, and could adapt to use the one most needed for the situation. I think they made it sound more like a landslide victory than it actually was, but I feel Carolina still wins due to her versatility and greater combat experience, and wasn't utterly outclassed by Maine's might. She can adapt far faster and more efficiently than Meta's chaotic mind would have been able to.

With Epsilon helping her then I think she beats the Maine that we saw in Season 8 but if it’s Season 6 Maine with loads of the AI and Equipment I think she gets obliterated. He easily could’ve killed her while slowing down time.

That's weird to say with this fight in particular. Screw Attack literally works in the same building as the people who make RvB. They just asked the OG creators who would win, and that's what happened.
