Yesterday in the live I asked the name of the Fabric line you are starching, and AGF sent me an email this morning introducing the line! Very cute. Did you get a heads up beforehand?😂❤

That's magical! I do work with them, but this was fabric I purchased. ❤️

Have you ever tried “Magic Quilting & Crafting Spray”? It’s really great. I buy it by the gallon size.

Unfortunately, I can't use a spray bottle where you have to squeeze a trigger. I have tendinitis in my wrists, and it will flare up from all that squeeze-release-squeeze-release. 😭

Do u spray both sides?
@CarolinaMooreКүн бұрын
Just one side of the fabric, but since they're half yard pieces folded in half, I'm flipping it over rather than unfolding. ❤️

Don't starch. From WI

Any particular reason? ❤️

Yes! I’d like to know why no starch! When I started many years go I didn’t starch until I understood what starch does and how it helps!

I find no benefits in using starch. You need to be careful because your fabric will shrink. If you purchase precuts jelly rolls, layer cakes, or fat quarter bundles I would never use starch. I have been a quilter for many years and our fabric is made so much better. If you like working with stiff fabric and if it helps you with accurate cutting then use your starch. For myself, I think it's a waste of time and purchasing a case of starch is not cheap. But do what makes you happy! Happy Sewing😊

@lrobbe6079 I agree on not starching pre-cuts, unless you know you're going to be significantly trimming them down. But for yardage - I love starched fabric. It sews and presses so beautifully! ❤️
