The sentence is too low. She did a lot to ccoperate, maybe the gov't thinks if we let her off easy, others will be more willing to flip in future cases. However, anyone committing fraud looks at this and will say punishment is low.....I will commit the fraud....if I get caught...I will cooperate, hide the stolen funds, do a small amount of time in jail, walk away with hundreds of millions. The wrong incentive. The gov't could have proved the case without her cooperation, it would have been harder....take more time... I was thinking 5 to 10 years, with her doing at least 85% of time
