Driving to work listening to this and I had to pull over and say…. I felt so much the purity and the beauty in what you speak and it brought a tear to my eye. A good friend told me a while ago a very wise saying. "The universe will show what is to come." My view on truth and discernment agrees in part with your view. I agree that the ability to work with self and getting clear is key to changing your perception and shifting through transformation. The duality of dark and light and good and evil is often misunderstood. In short, let's flip a penny? Heads or Tails. The only reply should be it is still a penny." It is seeing past the duality, to look into both poles and recognize the both sides are the same. Black and white, good and evil, Republican and Democrat, dark and light, night and day. Both sides must exist. Balance. They define each other in many ways. If so within then definitely it exists outside of you as well. I found this concept helpful in healing and transforming.

I agree that the truth is important. I’ve spent the last 5 years seeking out the answers to why I made many poor decision in my life by studying psychology. And came to an understanding that my parents were abusing me. And that I couldn’t even articulate that as an adult because I felt I needed to continue a relationship with them where I was still being abused and gaslight until I was 39. I was also gaslit around my college education because neither of my parents went to college so my self esteem was never built up. Only by having material things. So I stayed stuck with a career that wasn’t right for my mental and physical health and it stunted my emotional development. Not having enough money and the right support systems around me prevented this as well. I believe I have a learning disability due to the abuse/supression. If I had a different set of parents who were healthy my life would have been much different. But I was a child and didn’t have full conscious autonomy over my life. Some parents actually intentionally hurt their children out of spite and jealousy for what they didn’t have. They distort things. It has had severe consequences for my life and now I’ve been trying to bring the truth of everything I’ve been through to the light so I can have a better outcome.

A book on good and evil and the light and the dark should also include the Masculine (light) and the Feminine (dark). God (M) Satan (F). We do not exist as a whole unit without each aspect. How we are now in this society that we have created is an utter and completely unbalanced perspective. We have been conditioned to pit one against the other and that there us no ability to balance both together. We have to though to become one in the whole as you teach. My heart attack almost 11 months ago has led me down the most amazing Awakening to consciousness. I still have to pinch myself to make sure it is real. Caroline, when you say "You lie, catch yourself & don't let yourself get away with it" 1000 % agree with you that when you first begin doing this the hardest thing to do is to nail your flesh to the wall. When I began that elusive delicate game and I did catch myself doing the very thing that was ruining my ability to have healthy friendships and never allow for anyone to get too close was tricky .. but I made it a game and I got very good at calling it out, it really is exhilarating and it feels great to gain the upper hand in this game , patience and love for the shadow part of the game your shadow self deserve as much as it wants for as long as it takes, and it is a lifelong game, as the past is always ready to take you back into the fold. All I ever answer is " HA! cute ... but no lil' one" I am, through the grace of Heaven on High, at that point where I catch it when the wisps of the familiar triggers tingle and catch it in thought form a good distance from the tongue. Is it that we both have the power to do something in action at the time of the event? Yet one person has the upper hand and makes us feel powerless, like victims. We did not desire to even associate with them. This I do not understand, because to co-create to me means I willingly am creating. To me they are imposing on my will in such a situation.

We live in a country where many if not most politicians are essentially professional liars- some pander to the "good" in us, other to the "bad", but they both use their popularity to gain leverage for those who own them. Each team has their own agendas, and some bits and pieces of the agendas on each side may in fact be designed to benefit others as a whole, but most of the agendas are simply designed to profit huge businesses. As we move through life and encounter deception in different forms, our views of the "teams" can change even though fundamentally we know that they are both just corporate fronts. So we often choose to vote on a singular, newly revealed (to us) issue that is causing us the most pain and worry- for the whole, or perhaps just our own family- around the time of an election, which is possibly the best we can do according to our conscience.
