If you have multiple alexa echo shows that you want to drop in on how do you select which device to drop in on. Ie I have one in the living room and one in the kitchen. How do I select to drop in on the kitchen one when calling from my alexa phone app.

you can drop in all or just one, it will ask if you dont say which one

Caroline. I have a mom that I am giving her an echo show. Can I set up on my account and let her use it with her phone contacts or do I have to set up the echo show on her account and not on mine.? I live in California and she lives in Texas

The drop-in provides an audio warning and a blur for about 5 seconds to allow the recipient to prepare to take the call, decline the call or accept as audio only.

I have 2 Echos and 2 Dots. It would be nice if Amazon comes up with a way to use the "drop-in" feature without having to have a cellphone. I access my Echos with an iPad it works just fine.

Great video! Finally someone answering these questions. Could someone answer this for me? I purchased a Show for my niece and another one for my brother for them to talk. My brothers Iphone is very old and is out of space. We can't get the Alexa app installed because the phone is out of space and the IOS version is too old to meet the Alexa app requirements. He does have a newer Ipad though. Right now they are not able to go from Show to Show for video calling because my brother doesn't have any contacts since he can't get the Alexa app installed on his phone. Would installing the Alexa app on the Ipad resolve this issue?

it should, it answers cooking questions, like temp for meats sets timers, measurement converations etc.

Can I do video calling from my Echo Show to my daughter who lives in another state who has Nucleus?

I don't think it works with nucleus but just get them to download the Amazon Alexa app for free onto their mobile phone or tablet or laptop and then you can make video calls to each other
