Rally enjoyed this podcast/video cast? I was on work experience in the features department at Marie Claire when Grace was on reception. She was the only one of us who could work the fax machine 😂 and took no prisoners from the post room boys and Loaded lot upstairs. I’m glad Grace got where she was heading x

Grace: my mum used to make her trifle with Swiss roll, she’d soak that in sherry, then lob a tin of fruit cocktail on top, then cover that with jelly. Then custard and cream on top. I don’t want nuts in my trifle and I don’t want any fancy stuff on top. I just want a bog-standard 70s trifle. If I try hard enough I can still taste it… Caroline: I have my mum’s trifle dish too. It was literally the only thing of hers that I had to have when she died.
